WHAT IS DEFINITION OF CONCRETE

Contact-compound chemical material-cement, inorganic-neutral reagent solids as binding material in the form of small granules of small size and quantity in the form of sand and large grains in the form of rock fragments and quantitatively suitable water  Concrete in the form of useful mold is called concrete.

This form of freshly mixed mold is called cast concrete.

This form is kept in water or moist state for about 28 days from 24 hours after pulping.During this it almost turns into rock solid and gains full strength. Then call it solid. In this situation it is considered suitable for carrying loads or pressures.

In the initial stages of wetting, the cement particles undergo a chemical reaction in the presence of water and take a viscous jelly-like form. During the final stage of curing, the jelly-like adhesive gradually turns into hard crystals. The crystals themselves are strong enough to bind any other inorganic inorganic substance.

Concrete should be in as smooth condition as possible.

Sand grains fill the inter-created gaps of large elements like stone blocks.

The sand grains fill the inter-created phases with cement kellas.

These kellas hold the other elements together in a tightly bonded state.  In this state the concrete acquires its effective capacity and is then called concrete.

Water causes chemical reactions of  cement.  Until the cement particles take on a crystalline shape.  Until then, the presence of water is a requirement.  Moreover, during that reaction, a lot of heat is lost.  The presence of water is required to keep the heat at rest.

The presence of water is not required after the cement particles have become crystalline.  Water evaporates from the concrete body.

On the eve of making concrete, some kind of useful material is sometimes mixed with the house.  To speed up or delay the setting of concrete, to freeze it in a short period of time, to gain strength before it, to protect it from being damaged by various chemical reactions, to increase its longevity and to make it more or less expressive.  Such by-products are mixed to turn.
