 Method of making cement:- 

The progeny oxide is also crushed separately or cut into small lumps (40 mm and below).

This time the material is mixed in a percentage ratio in a rotary kiln.  The furnace is slightly inclined along the vertical axis.  The mixed ingredients are poured through the entrance placed at the top of the furnace.  On the other hand, the fire extinguisher is kept in the exit path below it.  Coke - coal or gas is used as fuel.  The mixed elements rolled through the reactor from above are exposed to different levels of temperature. 

 The material is refined at a temperature of 400 ° to 425 ° C just above the reactor. 

 CaO and CO4 are produced from limestone in the middle where the temperature is 450 ০ to 875 ° C. 

 The maximum temperature is a little above the lower part and its temperature ranges from 1400 ° to 1450 ° C.  At this temperature iron-oxide dissolves on its own and acts as a flux for other substances.  Here all the substances combine together to form a partial fusion. 

 In this state, the various components are partially molten to form a new kind of complex-compound and clinkers.

It cools to a solid state. They are turned into fine powder with the help of grinding mill. 

 When this crushing method is used, 3 to 4% amount of gypsum (CaSO4) is mixed in it.

This powder is sifted into a mesh sieve of a certain size and the sieve is used as a smooth powder, cement.

 It is commonly referred to as Partland Cement (OPC). It is made by modifying some of the primary components or adding other components to different types of seams.
