WHAT IS THE CHARACTERISTIC OF CONCRETE

 

The following concrete features are recommended---- 

 (1) Abrasion resistance:- In general it is necessary to resist friction as much as possible. 

 (2) Compactness:- Compactness shall be as much as possible. The water absorption capacity should not >5%. 

 (3) Practicality:- Raw concrete can be easily used in any shape using minimum water. 

 (4) Water resistant:- Concrete should be as water resistant as possible. 

 (5) Density:- Density of dry concrete shall be equal to –2400 kg per cubic meter. 

 (6) Monolithic:- It will have the ability to mix old concrete, iron, brick etc. 

 (7) Plasticity:- Must be supplier of any size. 

(8) Anti-Shrinkage:- It should not shrink religiously. 

 (9) Long Durability :- As long life in various adverse weather conditions. 

 (10) It is not prone to rolling:- No liquid cement should be rolled from raw concrete. 

(11) Fire Resistant:- It should be fire resistant. 

 (12) Pressure Tolerance:- For this there should be at least 150 kg pressure tolerance per square centimeter. 

 (13) Above all, it should be economics.
